Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days* after receiving your item to request a return. The only cost to you is the shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns of sale items/custom orders: We work closely with you throughout the customisation process to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order before production, and as such, custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right as soon as possible.
*For items longer than 1.5m we are unable to accept liability after 7 days of receipt of goods, in line with the freight company policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved you will be refunded via your original payment method.
If a refund is requested prior to printing being done, it may be minus an admin fee depending on design work completed.
