Our dispatch time depends on whether your item is a stock item or made to order:

• In-Stock Items: If your products are ready and in stock (which applies to many of our popular props and smaller backdrops), your order will be posted the following business day.

• Made-to-Order and Custom Prints: If your items need to be printed or made to order, please allow a few extra days for processing. Our custom production ensures the highest quality image fidelity and precise cutting for your unique specifications before dispatch.

Delivery and Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, we prioritize transparency and communication:

• Tracking Number: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is packaged and collected by the courier. This allows you to monitor your package's journey directly.

• Courier Timeline: While standard courier services often advertise 2–3 day delivery within New Zealand, please be aware that actual delivery times can occasionally be longer due to local courier volume, weather, or regional accessibility. We use trusted local services but recommend consulting your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery estimate.
