Once your order leaves our facility, we prioritize transparency and communication:

  • Tracking Number: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is packaged and collected by the courier. This allows you to monitor your package's journey directly.

  • Courier Timeline: While standard courier services often advertise 2–3 day delivery within New Zealand, please be aware that actual delivery times can occasionally be longer due to local courier volume, weather, or regional accessibility.
