Where possible we aim to reuse packaging, saving it from landfill.
Your order is processed once payment is received. We aim to ship within 48hrs.
Backdrops are printed in small batches and checked individually. Please allow an additional 5 working days if your choice is not in stock (indicated on the product page when you click the size/option). Couriers are currently taking 2-4 days to deliver.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns of sale items/custom orders.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and refunded on your original payment method.
Faulty items will of course be fully refunded.
The refunded amount for 'change of mind' will be minus the cost of original postage and card processing fee.
